keep POWER in the hands of the PEOPLE

we the people

In 2022, the Massachusetts Legislature took sweeping action that threatens our most fundamental rights. Chapter 135 set a precedent that would allow Beacon Hill to erode protections outlined in our nation's founding documents.

A grassroots movement of everyday people - your friends, neighbors, and business owners - worked to pose this question directly to voters at the ballot box. This opportunity gives every voter a voice to say we want to keep power in the hands of the people.

November 3, 2026 is Election Day.

VOTE NO to repeal Chapter 135.

The Bill of Rights protects fundamental liberties of all Americans. This includes freedom of speech, religion, and assembly, and your rights as a defendant in legal proceedings.

These rights are extended to ALL Americans.

The Massachusetts Legislature, without scrutiny from the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, has made the first pass at eroding the most basic rights afforded to you.

But you still have a voice, and on November 3 you have a vote. VOTE NO to repeal Chapter 135.

your vote is your voice.
