Senator Peter Durant’s bill to repeal Chapter 135 has been buried in a study committee.
That means the legislation will never see the light of day. No legislators will be recorded voting in favor or against. They get to hide!
So, our only option for repealing the Act to Modernize Firearm Laws is to win our ballot question.
To save our rights in the birthplace of liberty, we must win next November. If we don’t, the abolishing of certain rights will spread to other blue states. It will be the beginning of losing our nation.
Now I know it is the holiday season, but we’re keeping our foot on the gas pedal in our effort to repeal. Will you help us?

Make sure every firearm owner you know is registered to vote. While millions of people will vote in this election, there are roughly 300,000 in the middle. Every gun owner that registers to vote cuts down on the number of swing voters we have to persuade.
